Roll on the summer get back out again

Hi guys new to forum. I have a golf 3 vr6 1998 have it now for 3 years, and I have a ruf supercharger on it but it's giving me problems so want to turbo it.

There's no more belts left because it keeps on snapping the belts.Last week I took it to the dyno to see whats the cause of the problem and i saw when I released on the throttle the belt snaps so I don't know if there is to much air in the boost pipe so that it brakes the impeller of the sc and therefore its snapping the belt. I've made new pulleys so that I can get more boost out of it so I don't know if the pulleys is causing the problem that the belt brakes. Pretty sure I've got that exact same charger.. where's the belt gone off the charger itself? what other problems are you having? also interested in how you've set up the oil breather into the catch can, is that something I should have done when I fitted mine? Mines been running fine though, I've got an idle problem when cold, basic scan tool is giving me code 00516 and I can't seem to shift it. Think it's something to do with the throttle body, the multi plug connector or maybe a vacuum leak - but I can't seem to find one! gonna get it to my mate when I put it

Haha. Quality pal. I'll still stand by my word. Vr6's are a bottomless money pit. I love mine but it hurts my wallet. Lol. Mines out of hibernation now. Tailgate is built up apart from the rear glass. She had a service and oil change. She ain't getting much more apart from a trip to worthersee. Unless the misses is feeling generous and want to fund a bag kit. Hahahahaha
