Hey, bit difficult see clearly on the photos, but could be water pump, or you have coolant seeping through the head gasket, hopefully if you take tension off the belt and give water pump a wiggle there will be movement and coolant will come out which would indicate its buggered The electrical engine thing - well , there's a few things in there, you have your. 3 sensors, fans, temp gauge sensor / aux fan sensor and the ECU blue temp sensor, then you have the coil pack under the engine plastic, the bundle of wires going across the bay - I'm not sure, where does it run from / to?   11. Where in midlands are you? I'm from stoke and can probably help initially I'd say MAF or blue temp sensor Club Chairman
  12. ECU should be hard to find! I'd expect this be in scuttle panel area? Obd port on the other hand is another story! You'd need trace wires from ECU to see if it was plumbed in during the conversion. Where have you looked for the ECU? Club Chairman

  17. Would suggest an airlock. Is both hoses hot on your heater matrix in the engine bay? The other thing could be the Bowden cable from heater controls to heater flaps are not functioning correctly.

  21. Sounds like the bearing on the pulley has dried up - this is dangerous as the bearing could cease and cause damage to the pulley / belt. Keep an eye on this, but once you have identified which one is at fault, get it replaced
