    I ended up getting my belt from http://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/Products-Belts/c4747_5228/index.html for a good price. Exact length I needed and also 7pk and was only about £15 You will be amazed at how much tension you can take up though so I think you will be ok.

    Fastest Golf GTI Clubsport S outdid itself and sets a new record at the Nürburgring. The GTI Clubsport S managed to get around the legendary track in 7:47.19, which is about 2 seconds faster than its previous time. While the previous record (7:49.29) was set in April, this record attempt took place on October 26 in 8°C (46°F) conditions, which according to the company were perfect for keeping the car’s engine and tires working at their best.     That's a bit of a bummer and quite the opposite from when I dealt with magnecor about 8 years ago. What damage did they say it was? Only thing that springs to mind is if plug removal tool wasn't used and has caused damage on the plug. The leads in running were off my old mk3 I smashed on the Nurburgring in 2005, they got beat up and sent them off to magnecor 8 years ago and still using them today on my supercharged Corrado. Are you sure the spark plugs / coil pack is ok? I know from experience having a schrick fitted doesn't make for an easy job replacing plugs and leads and feel your fr

    welcome mate white smoke = burning water. Not usually a good sign! I would immediately suspect head gasket. Have you done Co2 test to determine if any exhaust gases is entering the header tank? do you loose water from the header tank ?

    @bennyk probably your man here One thing I notice with any charger setup is that things get very close! my pulley is only mm's away from my fuel rail for example and very little room with idler / alternator pulley. Good bye knuckles...
