Never seen that vr6 logo on an alloy before, it doesn't look the right font on that photo. Looks like its been added at a later stage and powder coated? -

OBD2 is a totally different management system, its not the equivelant of remapping an OBD1, having driven OBD2 cars for the last 10 years, it was a real disappointment to jump into my OBD1 Corrado VR6, its now a joy to drive and idles a lot smoother and pick up is more responsive. Its a doddle on the Golf to do, you wont have the hassle I had with my Corrado, chopping looms up and making new ones etc... Pete

Don't think we have got a display booked there, any good? We have club stand at GTI international again this year, who's up for that? What other shows are people interested in having a club stand?

You will need to call them and quote the part numbers, don't think they are listed on the website. They are twice the thickness of the standard hoses, a bit hairy fitting to the crack pipe, so make sure you have a replacement on standby just incase you break it... its not called the "crack pipe" for nothing

Not the easiest is it mate! I remember doing mine, used scotch pads to clean up the metal and a bit of copper grease to ease it in, just gently tapped with a wooden mallet.
