  2. Hi mate, - when I removed the connector from this sensor the sensor broke, anyone know what it is so that I can get a new one? This would be an oil pressure sensor... they should be coloured, can probably pick up from the stealers use Vag-Cat to obtain part number.... secondly, My car has aircon, but i noticed that my power steering pup wasnt toothed, so I have swaped that from the one on my donor engine as that was, but now my water pump is not! my question is, is the pulley on a air con car different to a non air con car? not 100% to be honest, possibly as they use a double sided ribbed bel

  7. I'll be insuring corrado under a classic policy. There's loads of T&Cs etc.. Has to be kept in a brick garage during night, not insured for traveling to work etc... There's a few of the corrado boys that does it this way. Very cheap and very limited mileage too!
  8. check on your local laws with regards to releasing AC gas into the atmosphere... it should be properly disposed off where possible assuming it's gassed up... just a case of removing allt the pipes / radiators / compressor unit, wiring, not sure if you have climatronic in your car but might start throwing up fault codes when unplugging stuff... just take a methodical approach.

  17. As a buyer your always protected using eBay. Sonic you are unhappy open a dispute.... Alot of people now request you 'gift' money via PayPal. All well and good but you loose any protection you would usually get if you didn't gift the money... Just something to think about there's a reason there are PayPal fees afterall
  18. get a multimeter see if your getting power to the connector on the window... could be a broken element if you are getting power... im not sure if they are related in any way.... worth cleaning the connector on the number plate bulb, and possibly check that with a multimeter..... one of the best things i bought to be honest total life saver!
