Febi Bilstein 38201 G13 Engine Coolant
VR6Pete replied to stuartyvag's topic in Engine Maintenance and Problems
I've always mixed 50/50 mix so should be OK. As long as you get the pink coolant its all good, G13 replaced G12. Can probably got to any local motor factors, ECP , GSF to get it cheaper than what is listed on amazing, I paid around £20 for G13 equivalent coolant last year. Pete -

I didn't even have a saw to get a clean cut and after stabbing under my nail with a piece of braided hose it wasn't worth my time for the sake of 38 quid, piece of mind as well knowing they have been done right too -

Thinking of Buying a VR6? then look no further than the VR6 Owners Club comprehensive buyers guide that covers most VR6 variants! The VR6 is now an aging beast, and if looked after will provide you with a lot of fun and many miles on the road! Like any car they have their "weak spots" and faults (lets not forget the infamous Corrado sunroof!). Read the following guide, print it out and take it with you when viewing any car! Remember the basics Make sure the engine is 'cold' when you go to see the car, if it’s warm there is probably something the seller wan

Introduction Volkswagens Second Generation Sharan Is An Established Family Favourite, But What Does The All-Wheel Drive 4Motion Variant Bring To The Party? Andy Enright Reports. Whilst cynics would note that four-wheel drive has had more rises and falls than Robert Pires in an opposition penalty box, few have the depth of experience of the Volkswagen Group. Owners of Audi, the company who brought us the revolutionary Quattro, Volkswagen also have a fair amount of 4wd heritage of their own. The latest Sharans to be the beneficiaries of this expertise are the 4Motion models.

Introduction Once upon a time, Volkswagens were, as the name suggests, in German, 'people's cars' - sensible and solid transport. Even in the mid-Eighties, despite the success of the Golf GTi, people still thought of Volkswagens as dependable rather than desirable. All that changed in 1989 when the company unveiled the Corrado. It was undoubtedly the most elegant Volkswagen to date and would go on to be the company's fastest ever car. It died at the hands of Volkswagen's cost-cutting accountants, after an all-too-brief six years in production. It seems there's no longer any room for low

Introduction Although the Mk IV Golf didn't enjoy a great reputation as a sporting drive, look away from the GTi badge and there were some worthy candidates. The V5 models are well worth seeking out and the V6 4MOTION cars make fine high-speed cruisers. If you really want a Golf laden with a ton of attitude however, you owe it to yourself to track down a used Golf R32. It's a Golf like no other. Models Models Covered: (3/5dr hatchback, 3.2-litre petrol) History Although the V5 had been campaigning since 1998, Volkswagen were in danger of being embarrassed for a serio

Download Golf VR6 Highline Brochure Introduction Back in the late 1980s, Volkswagen spotted a market niche. Buyers were starting to move away from Golf GTis and into more expensive sports saloons, like the BMW 3 Series. The draw of a smooth and powerful six-cylinder engine was proving very tempting for many. The six-cylinder Golf VR6 appeared in 1992, and was an instant success. At a stroke, it won back old customers and lifted the Golf upmarket. A new benchmark for high performance hatchbacks had been established. Models Models Covered: 3 & 5dr hatchback 2.8 V6[VR6, VR6 H
