  6. Moved ! Usually lenses are different mate. That's all. Reflectors should be the same but can pick up whole units easily.
  7. Well that is a pickle lol! you can get imob removed from ECU - contact stealth racing UK. However, situation with no Key to start it is a bit of an issue!
  8. hello mate. Yeah wouldn't expect hydrolic lifters to become noisy after driving through a puddle. Probably just worn due to age and noise resonating. Replace lifters and put some fresh synta silver oil in.
  9. Looks great mate. Get a thread up in members rides with more photos. A great colour though, bet it looks awesome in the sun!

    Hello :)

Hey mate. Welcome to the club. That will look mint when it's all done. I used to own a mk2 vr6 was awesome. Youll have to get a build thread up in members ride mate with all your pics and progress mate.
  11. Welcome to the forum mate. Check out our buyers guide mate. Link on front page of website for what to look out for.
  12. I got my aerial base / seal from eBay. Oem quality
  13. Take a look at the FAQ: http://www.vr6oc.com/forum/forums/topic/12145-where-is-the-on-board-diagnostic-ports/ If it isn't there, then probably slipped down inside the dashboard.
  14. Do you know how many watts the factory amp is outputting? Is this an OE item from new? Never seen a factory fitted amp before should be ok though I'd have thought mate.
  15. Have you checked reverse switch? with regards to ABS - could be a few things, do you have access to VAG COM / VCDS? This will tell you the fault code the ECU has stored. Hopefully it's just an ABS sensor and relatively cheap / easy to replace.
  16. Remove ash tray and slide the blank plate left- the blank is situated on the right of the ash tray - or at least that's where mine was.
  17. No worries. There is a good guide available to club members on doing the heater matrix and is a god send to anyone doing a DIY job.
  18. Helllo and welcome to our website / club / forum! Get some photos of your ride up in our members ride we love photos here lol http://www.vr6oc.com/forum/forums/forum/3-members-rides-and-event-photos/
  19. No idea what has happened there Anyway - I've cleaned up the thread! hopefully ive not missed any!
  20. 100% take your dash out - if you've had water blowing out of your vents there will be pools of coolant in the heater box etc... and you will constantly be steaming up. Top tip - masking tape and write on what each plug is for, taking lots of photos as you go along. It's probably at least a full day job, but you can DIY without the need for a garage to do the work for you.... id also recommend that you get some heaters in the car to dry it all out. If you have a corrado, take great care removing the heater controls as they are very delicate. Pete
  21. So - I've made some changes to the colour schemes ! hopefully you guys like it and a change from the default out of the box look for IPB 4.x Feel free to feedback ! We may totally overhaul the look and feel in the future, but feel this is a good start!
