    So. We have a bit of a problem [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Don't see it yet? It appears that at some point the bracket has become a little bent. Will obviously need to get this sorted before proceeding any further. Had my hose couplers turn up today so another thing off the list. Also need some 90degeee AN fittings as Mike foul on chassis leg.

    Quick update for today! Got duel idler on and bolted up the charger, this is mainly so I can measure what size belt I need Looks quite at home in there. Measured up what diameter silicone couplers I need as I wasn't happy with what I have with the kit due to being damaged and not blue Got my MAF terminals today so I can repair the plug.

    Does it rub when you steer both ways or just steering one way? My corrado did it on full lock to the left but went away after 4 wheel alignment at stealth racing

    Hi Ollie. Could literally be a ton of things with those symptoms. Things to check, blue temp sensor and MAF, your lights could be dimming as its trying to stall possibly.

    Got one as company phone. They are pretty good. Windows 10 mobile is being released any day now so will be sweet with that software once installed

    Assuming starter motor etc.. Is working ok? Try manually rotating the crank from the crank pulley see what happens

    Afternoon Had half hour at lunch with the car to start mocking things up. Supercharger bracket bolted up. Out comes evap canister. Intake pipe looks at home Ordered a Walbro 255 in tank fuel pump and some new 2.8mm MAF terminals as wires started to break on the plug.

    hi mate yes the VR6 is an interference engine probably not the news you want to hear but... If you replace the valves, you should also check the guides, stem seals, etc. If the valves hit the pistons hard enough you may have cracked skirts or even a tweaked rod. You'll also need new timing chains, chain guides and tensioners. You definitely don't want to just slap a head on after a timing chain failure or you'll have another failure further down the line.

    It looks ok, but not had any experience with these off ebay. The other option is to send some OE item for restoration by companies such as http://www.biggred.co.uk/ Of course these will not VW parts but are quite reputable.
