  1. I mounted all my ECU, solonoid and Tank under the scuttle panel. There's plenty of room and keeps the engine bay OEM looking Club Chairman
  2. Looks like new! What products are you using? Club Chairman
  3. Cool. Make sure there's no air leaks if you've slackened them and that there's a good seal still. You do get a bit of a flat spot at switch over point but should pull to the red line, my advice would be to get it mapped with the Schrick now fitted for best performance. Club Chairman
  4. We will have everything from small to XXL Club Chairman
  5. keep your entries coming! if you don't want to add your car to the VR6OC garage then just reply to this thread with some photos / spec and let us know what categories you want to enter! good luck!
  6. It's not easy to move with your finger anyway, I attach a bit of boost hose and suck Club Chairman
  7. I'll tell you why years ago we did a group buy of around 20 Schricks and there was a machine issue which meant when everything was tightened up the flap would stick. They were machined and resolved the issue, so you either have a Schrick with a sticky flap due to oil gunging it up or possibly (very long shot) this may be a dodgy one that needs machining highly suspect it's just gunned up though Club Chairman
  8. No, but depending what happens when you slack them off will help narrow it down. Club Chairman
  9. Hooded top price will be £25 Polo Shirts will be £15 order will be placed tomorrow and should arrive for ultimate dubs We can increase quantities once we build more funds into the shop, so starting from the ground up - hope you will support us
  10. Not off top of my head, they don't need to be too tight though. Go slacken them off a bit and see if flap operates, if not remove upper manifold and clean the plenum / actuator parts Club Chairman
  11. Hi guys. We will be ordering hoodies and polo shirts tomorrow. We just want to gauge interest and what sizes you are so we know to get the most popular of sizes Cheers guys. Pete Club Chairman
  12. Bolts from upper manifold on to the Schrick. Slacken them off and see if flap operates, if it doesn't strip the actuator down, it's fairly straight forward and simple task. Club Chairman
  13. Vortech much better than a engineering mate.
  14. You've probably over tightened. On my vr6 I over tightened and it didn't operate. If when it's off the car you can use your finger to move it then it should be fine, on a vr that's a heavy breather it could be perfectly possible oil has clogged up the mechanism causing it to seize. Strip it down and clean it up
  15. Not long to go!! Flyers and cards have been ordered... if anyone is going from the club - please pop over and introduce yourself See you there ! Pete
  16. I had to do the same with the bbs alloys I had on my mk3 Club Chairman
  17. Sounds like valve stem seals mate. How many miles it done? Club Chairman
  18. I watched a few and enjoyed the program but I find Ross kemp boring! Up there with that Joanna Lumlsy for boredom when watching any program with them in Club Chairman
  19. May isn't that car away! Show season is only just getting started! Club Chairman
  20. Shift towers are quite common for failing
  21. V1 or V2? Last I seen was between 1,500 - 1,700, if it needs new bearing / rebuild then you'd need take that consideration. I think bearings are at least couple hundred quid plus labour Club Chairman
