cheers guys, i did think about dropping the sump, but i hadn't got the gasket and i need the car for monday. Ended unbolting the engine and jacking it up. I have got the haynes manual so have got all the torque settings. Just torqueing the bolts up now and it will back on the road. -

Tried dropping the subframe but the engine just drops as well obviously. At the moment i think the easiest way would be to drop the subframe off the engine. But I could do with a manual or some instructions. -
Started to replace my bushes on my VR6 with powerflex ones, got the passenger side wishbone off. But I can't get the the drivers side one off as the sump is in the way to get a socket on the bolt and take it out of the wishbone anyone got any tips on how to do it. Jamie [ Edited ]

Ipswich, Suffolk during the week. But I am in Wolverhampton most weekends.
-
Cheers, Will sort it out at the weekend.

Noticed a pool of water on top of the gearbox today, tastes like coolant, looking at the engine all the hoses seem ok and so does the header tank. From the quick look i had i think it is coming from the black thing that is attached to where the engine wiring harness connects to, it has got one of the heater matrix pipes on it. What is it a solenoid or a pump ? Cheers Jamie
