you will need to source a vr6 syncro gearbox for this ,as the rallye gearbox bell housing won't fit the vr6 motor. I have a vr6 syncro box,and it took me a year to source

8 hours to fit, what a load of rubbish,I fitted mine in 3 hours and that was taking my time. anyone who charges 8 hours labour to fit it is having a laugh

did you change the fuel pressure regulator for the 4 bar one? could be faulty maf sensor,or it could be the rev limiter as it cuts in about that mark -
yes providing you have a obd1 car it should go straight on

short shift gear lever for sale
zerocool replied to zerocool's topic in Engine Maintenance and Problems
mine is a bit shorter throw than a b&m shifter -
my car is an obd2 and it has the maf between the charger and throttle body,it runs perfect. you definatly need a chip, try vince at stealth racing. also,if you have the maf before the charger you will need a different chip,to having it after.so once its chipped don't go moving the maf around. you also need to get a proper silocone flexi pipe from the maf to throttle body, you should have got one with kit. I got mine from nic saran, but he was a nightmare to get hold of,and parts where missing from my kit. one important thing is make sure you have the maf sensor in the right way round, with arrow o

I am selling quickshift gear levers on an exchange basis for £70.which is a lot cheaper than any company I have seen making them I have changed the plastic pivet housing normallymade from plastic and made it from metal,to reduce slop in the lever, and increase strength. reduces throw of lever considerably. email nobbyjersey@hotmail.com

I have a vr6 gearbox in perfect running order,if you can find me a vr6 syncro down pipe, then you can have the box.

am putting my vr6 syncro box back in soon, and thought of getting a lightened flywheel at the same time, just wondered if anyone has any first hand experience of one in a vr6

Stalling Problem - Please Help !
zerocool replied to julesm's topic in Engine Maintenance and Problems
stealth racing sell em and they are cheaper than that, normally a duff maf sensor will give you lack of power when accelerating, but I woudn't be suprised if it caused it to stall too
