Has anyone had their wheel arches pulled/widened/flared? I want to put 9 X 16's with 10mm spacers all round. I've seen plenty that have done it and I love the look. What's involved exactly and how much? Anywhere in the North that does it? (I've tried the wheels for size and they stick out about an inch)

I've been repairing my Highline gradually since someone ragged it in a car park. I've just replaced the bumper (which is great) and now I want to replace the bonnet, which is creased. While I'm at it, I quite fancy relocating the washer jets (possibly to the plastic scuttle?) and having a smooth bonnet. Anybody done this at all and what's involved? Is it a big job?

Cheers mate. Another fine car (same colour as mine!) I thought an 8 X 16 on the front would be fine but what spacers do you have on the front?

What are the widest wheels that I can fit on my 97 Highline without too much arch work. 9 X 16 on the rear is fine I think but what abou the front? The caliper sticks out so I would need a 10mm spacer. Could I fit 8 X 16's on the front without doing anything? I would consider rolling the arches - might even do it myself as I've already bent back some of the portruding lip.
