also if you really polish ally it will go like a mirror! Very tasty, gives the look of being chromed. -

electroless nickle looks exactly like chrome. But we dont ever chrome plate aluminium at our place, only steels and bronze bushes. We Anodise aluminium and hard anodise but never heard of chromed ally...... -
to get the paint all over, best way electrostatic aplication then bake you will have to mask off the areas you dont want paint. Electrostatic will more or less get in everywhere!

mine sticks, see photos As you can see I am pushing hard here another of the flap. it gets to there, then seems to scrape on something inside. Then snaps around. You gotta suck bloody hard to get it to work. It might loosen up after abit of use???? Heres a few pictures of the damage on the mating face.... another angle

mines damages on the one face. On the main set of 6 inlet ports, ill have to dress it out. I work as an aerospace technition, Non destructive testing areo parts. Now if I inspected my manifold at the same standard i inspect areo parts..... it would fail.

question on the powerflow tips..... did they weld all the way around the tips or just in places?? i got the boxter oval, and its mig/tig welded in spots.
