Hi i have a very strange problem with my 93 vr6, seems to have a huge loss of power when it get s to 4000rpm where they normally take off, new leads coilpack etc have cleaned the hall sender as recommended, dont know where to look next, im thinking air flow, is there any way of geting fault codes out of obd1, i have found the 2 plugs next to the heated rear window switch, can i use a breakout to get a pulse etc, also it seems very kangaroo like when lifting off the throttle and back on again. any help would be greatly appriciated, im in bristol so if any one wants to have a look let me know

hi im new, i have a 93 vr6 with a slight mis fire but its only between 1000 and 1500 rpm and then clears and only when its under load, its fine when stood still. i have checked the leads etc but its still there, any help would be greatly appreciated
