  2. yeh mate i cant understand why they dont fit sposed to be 35 et. iv had mk4 wheels on the vr with no problems
  3. id be thinking coil packs early engines have a single coil pack like the vr later have indivdual coils vagcom would tell you if it was them
  4. my 320 hp vr MURDERS mk4 r32s trust me iv got 1 lol my vr vs r32 at the pod ps the vr6 weighs 1155kg the r32 weighs 1500kg! so there is a big diffrence stock for stock a vr has no chance And your point is? Were we talking about 320hp VRs? I think thats pretty obvious fella. you say ur 280 hp vr was only just quicker than a stock r im disagreein mate as for rotrex r32 i havnt got mine yet the r32 is more capble and a better start point but i think the vr will always be that bit more special to me

  8. lsd isnt essential but its usefull lol not sure if the clutch would take it mines stock and fine with it but mines 275 lb ft 20 psi would prob be closer to 320-330?

  12. ps i thought 15 was the limit with normal bearing and 20 with the uprated 1
  13. im running 12 psi on a vortech and its right on the limit of belt slip i would expect a 15 psi pulley to slip but its just my opinion
  14. to answer your question NO not worth getting a 97 over any other obd2 vr (1995 on) and the vr6 IS dohc just got 6 valves per cam thats all
