Correct Engine oil for my VR6

On my first long run with my 6, on the way down with a lot of traffic and reving it quite high i got 240 miles, on the way back with no traffic got home with nearly half a tank left, -
I had a lot of fun with a TT driver on my way to RTTS, the poser in his soft-top, destroyed him up hills

I'm from Dubgirl and VR6's way, south of bristol in taunton, too many shitty novas and old civics, too easy, not much fun
