Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide to change the tappets on a VR6?

The part of the drivers seat that allows access to the rear (3 door) has broken and im desperately seeking the parts to fix it. The parts I need are labelled 10 and 12 in the diagram below, can anyone help me get the part numbers or know where I can get them?

I just had another look at my hella quads, There is a small yellow bulb inside the inner lenses near the top of the lenses for them to act like indicators. Could this mod be done to FK angel eyes?

Its just I have a set of hella quads at the moment and the inner lights act as the indicators, not sure if this was standard with the quads?

What baout indicators? I dont have a standard front bumper and dont have any indicators. Can one of the lights be wrired to act like one?

I am looking to buy a set of FK angel eyes but they are LHD fitment only. I know this would be an MOT failure but I can chnage my lights as and when needed to pass. I was wondering can they be adjusted to minimise the LHD beam pattern problems for british roads (i.e not to blind oncoming traffic and not to attract the attention of the police)?

I think the chap who had my car actually removed it for weight reasons. So maybe it wouldnt be too much of a job to refit. I think he only removed the compressor, the pump and the pipes. If all the electrical stuff is in place then it should just be a matter of refitting it all?

MM I dont think it has, its raining at moment ill check in a bit. If it doesnt how much cost is involved in retrofitting one?

I have just bought a VR6 which has had a highline dash put into it, how can I tell if the car actually has air conditioning installed? Currently the AC/recirc switches dont do anything so not sure if there is a problem with the switches or whether they are just sitting their looking pretty as they came witht he highline dash

I have just bought a set of S3 seats to go into my mk3 golf (it has mk4 recario interior at present so hopefully wont be too much trouble fitting it), and I am looking for a wiring diagram for the seats. Can anybody furnish me with one please? Thanks
