Did you manage to get the mounts, where did you get them from? Im looking for some for mine, the front and rear mounts. Did you notice any difference with uprated ones? Was it worth the money?

I got prices for a supercharger that will fit the vr6 and was quoted £3500, i've bought mine for £210!! Its only 6 months old, and been quoted bout £250 for fitting, not a bad £500 to spend. Im hoping it takes me past 300 bhp (at flywheel) im getting a smaller/lighter pulley fitted to increase psi and getting a direct cold air feed from outside car to get maximum air in.

Just bought a cooper s supercharger to fit on to my 1993 golf vr6. I've been recommended a tuning garage to fit it, they say its a relatively easy job, hust need special brackets to mount it and a air condition pulley on. I'm needing a air con pulley if anyone has one?? Has anyone ever done this before, any problems that you can see. Anything else you can think of would be greatly appreciated.

Was looking on ebay, there is a brand new schrick manifold, still boxed for sale, last time i looked it was at £600. It ends in about 2 hours (about 7 tonight) so be quick!!!!!!

I've got a ashley manifold on my golf, never had any problems with temperature or anything, got mine from a local supplier for £260. Noticed big difference, would advise you to get the ashley manifold. If you are worried bout the temperatures, wrap it in heat resostant tape to keep temp down.

Got my cams fitted but found out my timing chain and tensioner blade are knackered! So cant test drive car!! Selling my old cams if anyones interested??

Think im about 215bhp (gettin it rolling roaded next wk to see), but like they say it isn't cheap, i've spent bout £1500 so far, b ut its worth it!!

Im wantin a remap after i've fitted cams and bmc filter, dont know anywhere that can do it or how much it costs?? Fitted the new throttle body 2day, WELL WORTH IT!!! Cams on friday!!!

Got my cams and uprated throttle body, fitting throttle body 2moro night and getting cams fitted on thursday.

I fitted a ashley manifold, decat and cat back with a filter and got 200bhp, with a set of cams aswell or an uprated throttle body would take you well over. I just got an uprated throttle body from a guy for £120 (on an exchange basis), fitting it 2moro and my cams on thursday. If you send me an email i'll give you the guys number for the throttle body. I'll let you know 2moro night what sort of difference it makes, and same on thursday with the cams.
