    how much oil are you using ? all golfs use oil make sure you check the level every day to be sure!! i bought mine from a guy who didnt and it cost him 2 grand at dubsport!!! . just check it for a while for peace of mind !!!!

    airbags are a stiff calico material , quite harsh ,and off white you would not say it was felt if you saw it.

    just ordered a bentley manual from amazon , there was a chat comment on here couple of days ago, they are £34 delivered ish, they have been reduced by a tenner, they were going for that money on e bay so may as well buy a new 1. not sure how much extra postage to croatia tho.

    dont temp fate mate never ever say things cant get worse. are your plugs fouled or are you putting a lot of oil in ? as andrew says a wet test will show if its top or bottom as the oil seals the rings slightly and the figures go up

    go for it , had a mate give 1 a hiding, coz the evil bleeder was beating his nephew up stole his phone etc, he nearly did time , got £3,000 fine and 150hrs of community service

    ooooh harsh mate feel for you, mind u at least when its done you will feel a big difference for your money, and your gonna know its right!!. the guy i bought mine off gave me a reciept for 2 grand from dubsport coz he let the oil get low so your goin in the right direction.

    no definatly not, there is a link on here with a guy having running probs doin that you need to block off the black one and leave the other i think buts its on here a few times no probs after that

    no hobbsy mate its a choice between 205/45/16 or 215/40/16 to keep the similar overall radius the same

    looks wicked ,better get stuck in then got most of what i need now carpets trim etc to lose the blue the mk4 seats are fitted .got a brand new dash of e bay for £5 so cant get out of doing it now the pics and info are really useful.

    thats not the problem , you will cock up your gearing big time on 195/45s the car will rev much higher for a given speed.the overall diameter will mean you have to lower the car more to fill the arches

    take a look at the earth strap on the starter motor, seems a weak point
