if it is just the top tensioner u r doing then u can do it with the top cover off only but if its the chain to u have to take the box off

yes there is some bolts under the bumber to. and clips in the arch liners easy job.the carbon canister is straight forward to but i think its a tight fit for u air con boys

cheers boys pity i wrecked the first set o clocks not all a loss tho new clocks only have 103 thousand miles much better than my 128 lol

two wire but there is nothin to plug it in to -
does ur dials have the stops on them for the needles to rest on

my mate just did the tt dash thing to his golf and put the gear knob off that on his dad threaded it on so it was proper factory tight

ive just fully rebuilt my engine done the chains all seals and gaskets skimmed ported polished head new stem seals and guides its defo worth it but it is an expensive hobby lol

cheers binliner i think ill just have to give it another go and hope for the best aaron from prem told me to switch on the ignition and mark were the fuel was what i dont understand is do u stick that needle back on with the ignition on cos the needle aint workin now and i did everything he told me to do had an idea how about i back them in a box and send them to you binliner with a crisp twenty inside and u could do it for me 8)

if they didnt look so good i would just bin em surley some one has some tips for me on how to fit these bad boys

got myself a set at inters fitted them yesterday and buggerd all the clocks cos the last owner had superglued the needles to the brass bits inside so got a new set o clocks coming any tips on how to fit em dont want another set of broken clocks

so should i just get rid of the plug bit then also i think i will sell the power rohr cos its gonna be a pain in the ass to fit [ Edited Tue May 17 2005, 10:57AM ]
