How easy are BBS 16" 2 piece wheels, to seperate? Do I need a special tool? (Off mk3 GTI anniversary)

no it's not a belt slipping noise. probably say it's more like a whine

I wonder if any1 can help... I bought my totally standard mk3 golf vr6 in january this year and the car has been running lovely... But now when i change gear and the rev's drop you can here a "eeerrr" noise from the engine and when the rev's pick up it goes away. But there's no regular pattern and it doesn't do it all the time.
