How are you supposed to know if theres a minor fault if theres no light ? i bet if you asked Mr VW dealer they would say "we advise you to get it done every few months we'll do it for £££££" My VR's got climatronic am i right that it flashes when you turn the ignition on if there is a fault ? Bee..

Does anyone know what it is and if it's normal ,it's when i turn the ignition on and it comes from behind the dash, it sounds like the heater fan on low but it's there when the blowers off, i had the stereo out the other day and whatever it is it's at the back of the stereo to the right, sounds like some sort of motor spining but what is it ? anyone ? I'm also lucky if i get 20mpg around town ,car ticks over a bit lumpy i,m gonna try some new plugs as i haven't had the car long and don't know how long they have been in it. Also anyone know how accurate the mpa is ?

My cars got CLIMAtronic and i was reading that there are sensors everywhere even the roof lining has got temp sensors and all the vents have airflow and airtemp sensors also has a sunlight sensor in the middle of the dash up by the windscreen vents so i think it would be quite a lot of work but i'm no expert so look in to it i'm sure someone would have done it all at lease tried ,would be worth it i think it's sh!thot. Bee......

I liked the headrest but not the cloth cards although there was some highline door cards on ebay but the start price was £100 &| Bee..........

Forgot to say earlier there is a set of 5 door golf leathers on e-bay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9889&item=4531395168&rd=1/[link] It says they are from a south african vr6 and they have got nice hollow headrest (there different ,i've never seen them before) but the downfall is they have got cloth door cards ~ bummer. I don't think i will be passing them up but if i do no problem I know a guy how has got some 5 door highline leathers as well he wants £450 for them ,if i don't get the vento trim i will give you his e-mail address as the guy with the vento trim keeps humin an haring about selling them and the highline trim is my back up plan. Thanks for the replys guys

And all the doors cards go strait in. Sorry to ask again but i can get some for my 5 door vr6 and there wont be no taking them back if they dont fit so i want to be sure Thanks
