Hey, I stumbled upon this site at school, www.dubmodder.com. You can 'virtually' modify a Mk3 golf and jetta, and Mk4 golf and bora. Not the greatest thing in the world, but lots of fun. Check it out www.dubmodder.com HerbertVR

Yeah, we have the same problem. If you rev it up, as the revs come back down, theres a quiet popping sound, coming from the middle of the car towards the front. :? weird. HerbertVR6

Hi, can someone give me an idea of the best wax to buy. Ive been looking at Meguiars Spray Wax, which I think would probably be quicker to apply, but I want the best shine possible. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers, HerbertVR6

Hi, I think number 1 is the best idea. Youre more likely to sell it with no loud pops and bangs. HerbertVr6 [ Edited Sun Apr 17 2005, 07:33PM ]

We know the cars been lowered on the springs, it's about an inch lower than with the standard suspension, but still, I really dont think it should break that easily. The one on it now is broken, it was broken when my dad bought the car 2 weeks ago. Anyway, weve bought a full set of standard VR6 susp, to un-lower it, Ill see what happens after that, cheers for the posts. HerbertVR6

Does anyone else HATE the plastic fender at the base of the front bumper ( ~) ? Here are the two reasons why I hate it: 1. It shatters if you catch it on anything. 2. It keeps falling off. Does anyone know any solution, like an aftermarket fender all in one piece that wont fall off. Our car has been on the road for 13 years, its on about its 10th fender!! Thanks in advance, HerbertVR6 [ Edited ]

I dont want Mk4 Style Headlights but...
HerbertVR6 replied to Seademon's topic in Bodywork and Styling
Take a look at ESSEX RACING's lights. We just installed the angel eyes from them on our VR6, theyre gorgeous. They give your car a really unique look...but beware, they DO look different. You can buy them direct from the company on Ebay.co.uk for around £120. You'll be able to see their range in their adverts in Max Power, Revs and other tuning mags. Definitely worth a look.
