i know diesels are fast my brother owns a diesel tuning company with another chap, there a very good company i,m not aloud to advertise on this site i,ll get my ars wipped by vr6pete lol. is v6cdti vectra is now around.230bhp and 350lbs torque it is very fast is wife as just got a 1.9cdti astra sport 150bhp with irmcher vxr kit i drove it at the weekend he was trying different boxes on the car wich he was mapping 200bhp 350 torque i gob smacked was the same bit of test trck i take s/c vr and do 120mph that did the same diesel revolution on it,s way my brother is doing very well and is eqipment

i was going to order powerflex i hope they will do. i,m going on a spending spree very soon getting all the bushes done i,m deffonetly keeping vr. ,thanks purple highline monster .

kilokilla thanks for a quick reply thats what it is back and forward motion in wheel well worded. again thanks i wanted to uprate these bushes to polyurethane ones

i,ve got movement on my driver,s side if i break the wheel is moving a mechanic noticed it when i was backing of a ramp will that be a bush i think this could be why my car is catching arches i,ve not replaced nothing on vr except tyres, he said it was lower track control arm any help would be grateful tnanks.ps car is a bit dodgy on steering a bit. !sad

if your engine is fine go the supercharged route,it is quicker than a r32 and i think your fuel consumption is better also. even my freind swopped is r32 for a mk5 gti he said the r32 was very bad on fuel i,m not knocking the r32 it is a fantastic car i was going to get one 15,000 pounds, get a s/c i think now for 3,ooo 3,500 fitted

u may have seen this before u can do 2wd,4wd . www.letstorquebhp.com/4wd.asp put weight of vr6 i think some body said it was around 1180kgs go race.

i,ve just been for a walk to the shops i came across a magic lamp...just kidding. a mk4 tdi anniversary in silver parked up very nice i dont know wether i,m getting old but that must be the perfect tdi the seats were nice it had silver around the clocks it looked lovely on them 18''bbs wheels 150bhp straight on autotrader minimum 10,500 pounds they all look nice in black ,red etc ..i love me vr6 but i would have one must get at around 450 miles to a tank,, finaly driving them 44 tonne trucks have got to me inject me some more deisel...

mine sits at bottom near vent mines made from flexi ducting with black water proof tape rapped around it with a piece of plastic drainpipe for connection to samco hose then 2 s/c but even with splash guard filter tends to get dirty quickly.

i,ve got wietec on mine not coilovers but drops from 25mm to 70mm but i was told not to put bigger wheels on i,ve had them on car now 4yrs or more but the front arches have started touching tyres on full lock or if hit a slight dip in road or going on driveway maybe its knacked i know it can be bouncy but these problems have only been over last 8 months but has dropped alot.

i,m keeping mine , with s/c u get good performance mines been with me since 2000 no problems touch wood it,s on 94000 miles . if changing witch i,m not ,it would be gti mk5 or mk4 r32 but i,ve heard mk5 is better and from what i,ve read . but iv,e not driven either. :|

b6mfd u need to say it came off a tipper truck ie construction or landfill but u would need the reg of some innocent driver unless 1 cuts u up, it happens alot i was driving a landfill 44tonner when a stone came off my tyre cracked is windscreen but he went to landfill instead of getting my reg stey said had nothing 2 do with them i packed job in because of these problems all the companys r interested in are 2 get as many loads done a day u could easily kill some 1 or a family.sorry

I agree with jonvr6highline's comments it looks very a3ish from the back. quite a bit lower than the standard one. you can tell the arches are different as they seem more round. even thou its not the best photo to compare the two cars with. all in all its a very nice motor...10/10.

i,ve got a zr1, standard engine, standard exhaust with cat removed and just got 260 bhp i like z,e s/c but it is to personel preference got mine of raj from new over 3 yr,s ago and still runs sweet boost's quick been very reliable still on original belt's but changing soon. very happy z,engineering owner.

great day freezing,well chuffed with result more than expected. big thumbs up to vr6 turbo great engine. none s/c, turbo, cars also good power showes how good vr6,s are. thanks for shamper,s have it at crimbo.thanks also to organisers. roll on next yr,s events.

it was just the clamp middle sleeve modded the bracket grinded some of the metal of to open clamp up it,s tight now back on form i would recommend a raceland to any one it does spit better when wind charger up... u r right does sound like it,s blowing must be exiting fast.
