I meant rhd yes. sorry. The syncro was as binliner said 2.9 and 4wd. effectively the top of the range vr6. Never released over here though. i dont think.

I have a debate going on with a mate. He says that he thinks that it would be easy to change a syncro to left hand drive. Just change the dash and steering column. I think that it would be a whole lot more difficult than that. change the dash and steering column indeed. Please help.

i know how you feel. just chill out. have a little think. maybe sell your one and buy another one. its all about how you feel about a car. and if you dont fell for it anymore then get shot because you wont look after her as well as you should. but be sure of what your doing. a newer car? think very carefully.

I agree. Stick with it. bit i know how you feel. my car got broken into 3 days b4 my 18th bday. then i got it fixed, and pulled out the place i had my head unit fitted. stopped at lights and sum1 drove into the back of me. then it got vandalised. another problem 4 me is that i cant go through insurance. if i do, they wont insure me on the vr6 when i get one. so i pay out of my own cash all the time. to fix it has cost me nearly 800 quid in total. and thats using mates in the trade. STICK WITH IT BUDDY... IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER!

Ok then. So it seems that being sensible is the way to go for now. but i think that as long as you are sensible and dont push too hard until you are as a person absolutely sure you are happy to, then thats fine. What does everyone think though? good idea or bad idea? Maybe a go-er?

i dont think you should pay over 200 quid at the very most. surely not. just because they are coilovers shouldnt add to the price. surely whether its just springs and shocks or coilovers, the jobs are very similar. so try somwhere else if i were you. But i may be wrong.

i would quite like to have the rear flushed but leave the lip spoiler on the boot. take the rear wiper off and the rear badge. Also for the bumpers, i would quite like to have the lips taken out of the front and rear wiper. Trouble is, if i was to change the bumpers or anything completely, it would have to be something so special that i thought it was sooo good you couldnt miss it. to this day, i have never seen anything like that. which is a pain.
