intermittant "splutter" in low revs

cheers guys ill try those out. -
the past week I have noticed as slight "splutter" at low revs (around 1000) especially noticeable when pulling away from stationary. The car still seems as powerful as ever thou and it doesnt do this all the time. I noticed it all day then the next day it was fine.

would it be a reasonable/reliable enough idea to stick on a second hand abs pump ? how easy would it be to locate one

half way to dublin , one of the tensioners came off completely..partially disintegrated. Stopped immediately to check it out and the belt was smokin like hell. AA took her home and I went on to dublin..a bit pissed off. Cheers guys

bit of a weird whine/rasp coming from this.. forgive me for knowing very little about engines cuz ive no idea wot that is...basically is it safe to drive as i have a 100 mile journey to do today ?!

i know the brakes where changed recently and according to other posts this can lead to damage of the abs sensor, does anyone know if this would cause the abs pump signal error or would the error be more specific to the abs sensor?

so its no big deal then, just blast the aircon to clear it. i thought perhaps it was indicating water getting in somewer

I notice my windows seem to steam almost instantly if I have the A/C switched off but the blowers on, clears instantly with A/C on, does this indicate a problem?
