Are these bumpers fibreglass or plastic and has anybody got them already that can verify the quality also whats the sites web address cant seem to get back to the home page on it??

Im looking for a set of the smooth top type bumpers you get on highlines and some diesels and cl mk3's i think the top and bottoms of the bumpers split in two does anybody have the part numbers for these?? also the part nos for the smooth side trims for a 5dr highline?? thanks in advance

As a rule every time you take a gasket off just replace it there pretty cheap anyways just gives you peace of mind mate.

im about to change all my old rocker cover, manifold and fuel rail for polished ones ive got all the gaskets to do the swap is there anything else i need to know before i start ie bolts to be torqued up etc etc its an obd1 94 vr, any help appreciated folks.

I had the same problem with mine and nearly shat myself when i got the price from vw i just blanked the pipe going into the throttle body and but a wee pipercross filter on the rocker cover end. Is this still ok??

Ive removed my c/filter now what do i do with the two pipes that im left with clear one and black one, there is also a blue valve type thing that has an electrical connection plug going to. Any help appreciated folks

think it would work quite well with the carbon bonnet if its left black!!

Ive got a red one depends what shade of red your on about was ther not a couple of different shades that they produced?? think they call mine tornado red but not 100% sure!!

On a similar note i am wondeing about doing the same kind of thing but have seen a couple of vr's with the top of the manifold totally solid plated over, i'm presuming this just means that each time you want to change the plugs you have to take the manifold off?? Any body on here done this??

Has anybody got one of the Evolution motorsport CAI kits that OEM parts sell quite fancy the look of these just wondering if there any good??

Just ordered a set of highsports for my vr couldnt justify paying the extra money for an extra setting that i would never use. got mine for £360 delivered in a group buy on SVAG site.

Hate to jump on the bandwagon but im ie6 aswell and exactly the same problem but also when it does eventually load the page i have to scroll more than half way down the page to get to the first post !dodge

Have been watching this thread as probably intently as alot probably have, The end line as far as i would be concerned is no matter what had happened in his personal life if he still had the money in the bank it takes around twenty minutes to sit and write 6-10 cheques to get everybody off his back end of story. Heartless as it may seem if it is the truth he is telling then he could half his stress and do the sensible thing and pay up. Just a few at the moment new coilovers are on order, polished manifold as of tonight hopefully just cant decide on what set of rims to go for(within budget) !lol then just get her to as many shows as i can this year!
