Had my VR now for bout 3 weeks but only one problem when the cooling fans kick in there is serious vibration through clutch brake pedal and theres serious rumble....any ideas what this could be checked fans thinking a fin mite have been broke but they seem fine.... would a bearing be away? any other ideas?

im thinking of buying schmidt th line 3 what size would be best if i want car sitting nice and low and with staggered rims on back 8.5 r 8 at back?

Owned car 2 weeks nw and so far have had a full respray and now looks like need new hub... Yday went to get front wheels balanced and everything was fine till the mechanic put the wheel back on the driver side. two out of 5 studs spun round and wouldnt tighten up... thought might be bolts but now seems like hub.. My question is do i buy a new one outt vw or try get my hands on second one... and if buy hub from vw does it come with bearings etc in it? ne help much appreciated... r anyone who has spare hub lying about gimme a shout

Lol aw i know no cars perfect bt my car hitting bodyshop on thursday as bought it on sunday and not happy with paintwork someone seems to have painted it with a brush on door looks cack but supposedly it was never hit but some people lie on this forum... Got sills for 22 a side nt 2 bad...

I just recently bought a vr6 obd2 but not happy with side skirts on it as someone stupidly painted the sideskirts and they look cack so was wondering where would you get a set of original skirts cheap???

Its working fine just seems to be the finger trap safety thing nothing to do with motor but whats regulator do?

Hi, recently purchased vr6 golf obd2 yday and having issues already with it... The window doesnt seem to want to go up all the time... When u hit the auto button to put window up it goes up to bout an inch from top then decides to go back down. How can I fix this??? as its really annoying...

I have had my vr6 for just over a month and everything is going great bar one thing..... When i start it in the mornings after sitting at night the time clock resets itself to 00.00 i dont know what this could be.. It doesn't always happen in the morning normally when the car has been sitting for a while and you go to start it. When starting as well it hesitates i know all vr6s dont start once you turn the key there is slight hesitation before engine starts. Any idea's what this could be?

Whereabouts do u get the cup holders which fit below the ashtray in the wee hole under it? Are they any good?
