I'm currently in the process of rebuilding a 2.8 engine for my mk2 project, it's getting a full cleanup, bores checked, new bearings, all new gaskets, oil pump, rebuilt head, there's also a few bits i'd like to do to the engine but not sure whether they're worthwhile. I'd like to lighten and balance the crank and flywheel but not sure of the effect it'll have with the vr engine, some ally pulleys been looking at the neuspeed ones, are there any others out there as these seem to be the only ones I can find on the net.
