    hi people i would now like to start collecting a £5 depositsfor the rr day .     make sure you have the right lambda sensor . iIgot caught out when I changed my exhaust over from my old car there are 3 different sensors fitted to mk3s i belive and i had alsorts of problems until i fitted the sensor that was on my car originaly . mMght be worth getting the part number from the main stealers to make sure you have the correct probe in the car . just a thought

    just to let you guys know we had the man from marha in over the weekend and the rollers have been calibrated . I will keep a eye on how many cars go on ther rollers between now and are rr day . could people please keep a eye out for my next post as it will be regarding deposits . Thanks Brett

    any time . Any one got a big hp 4wheel drive vw as we can measure at least 800 hp 4wheel drive .

    just to let u know at the moment the most powerfull car on are rollers is a vauxhall corsa that mesured 470 hp and 398 ftlb last thursday . im not happy about that so we need a big hp vr .

    my mates bmw is leaking coolent and he is a bit f##ked with out his car because he has a 2 week old baby so im hoping to get over to see every one in the afternoon once i have sorted that out .

    ha ha i got drunk sat night and missed most of yesterday it looked loverly but a 22 hour day and about 5 hours sleep ment i could not be arsed to da anything . think i might go up to the southend airshow today if u need any advise mate give me a shout .

    u need to clean it up with some emery paper and or a wire brush but make sure the ignition is off and all the lights are off or u will blow a fuse with a wire brush . give me a buzz tomorrow and i will try and help u

    u need to pull the bulb holders out and look and see if u have any white fur crosion ( i cant spell lol ) on the conection between the bulb holder and the wiring loom also do this with all the bulbs .

    right im looking to run another rolling road day at my work i will have to work out the price no more than £35 and date once i get a idea of numbers but im looking for up to 30 cars . what u get for your money would be 2 power runs unlike most places that strap em down do a run and kick u out we do this for 2 reasons 1 we are happy that u get a fair reading and 2 so we can plot a graph against wheel speed and engine rpm . The rolling road is 4 wheel drive and 800 hp capable we have carried out more than one run on jim potters car and im sure that he and others that came last time would back m

    From the down pipe to the rear box is the same as the golf the rear box is not the same because a vento uses a golf estate floor pan .

    i think your down fall will be the offence is failure to display . Not that you are not taxed or they would have had that car off ya and down the pound the u would have been looking at 120 notes to get it back. Its the dvla u need to have a pop at not that they will do anything . But the copper was being a c##k. Only thing i would say is if i ever was to drive a car with no tax or mot ect i would drive a little slower than normal and try not to stick out . U were just unlucky fella .

    vento rear bumper is the longer due to the floorpan being longer . think a golf estate one would fit as vento and golf estates share the same floorpain

    i dont need beer i got a lift home and thats so much better ! im not sure that its not a ballistic missile and not a vr6 its been 3 hours now and i am still grining i want 1 i want 1 i want 1 .
