I spotted a VR6 on the way home from work tonight, it had quad lights and was an N reg, purple, possibly a highline. Was at the roundabout and i was in a red rover coupe staring at you!!! nice car, makes me want one even more. -->Robbo

Thanks all, have read through the buyers guide and think im defo gonna become a fellow vr6'er! is the noise really as good as everyone says it is??? the only V6 ive been in as the clio V6, my girlfriend's sisters botfriend is lucky enough to own one and i was lucky enough to drive it and is certainly something else. ive always fancied a golf vr6 and completely forgot they existed until a parked next to one on Tesco's carpark last week! Hi all, Im looking into getting a VR6 in the next few months and would like to know what to look for when loking at them. Also, what price would i expect to pay for a decent one, i think my budget is gonna be around the 2k mark, will this be enough? Robbo

Is there a huge difference between these two cars as i know the corrado has the 2.9l engine. Also, whats the performance like on a golf vr6? -->Robbo
