    We would like to understand why there is a lack of people who engage on the forums and attending events.

    There are currently 489 paying members on here, and not many of you contributing to the club / forum, or wishing to take part in the events / shows that we run.....

    If you have "purchased" a product, you generally make use of it, same goes with Memberships / Subscriptions etc....

    So, in order to better understand what our members want, and to find out where we are going wrong, I have some questions for you :) please be honest, and lets get some constructive discussions going.

    1) Are we doing anything wrong? Nope..

    2) What is preventing you from contributing to the forum.. I do when I can :)

    3) What is preventing you from attending our events ... I work away a lot! So weekends are home events enough (with exception of a daytrip the OC event :D ).. I was nervous on the first one I did... after all I didnt know y'all

    4) How are you making the most of being part of a Club? For me... help when I need it... I post when I can... and Insurance Discount :D

    Nah not to much. Call him back if he still has it next week then alter your end and have parts thrown in by him. Then if a No. Wait another week then parts fitted by him. Then another week cash your way...

    Good luck and I will keep my eyes open. Ps. Ford was vr6. Just change the badges. Lol

    Hey Pete,

    Is it the same car you started with? You know same broom for 20 years... 11 handles and 20 new heads??? Just sayin' ;)

    For me Well I'm in the Crowne Plaza (Blanchardstown) with a glass of chilled white enjoying the last of the sun before a weekend off ... Well a Saturday off to explore Dublin and it's areas as I'm pretty much here until August now... before I have to go in on Sunday and work for a livin' (Well Kinda :D ) :(.

    I could just go a BBQ... I'm sure I can smell one here.... Got those juices flowin' man... I tell ya'

    I'm there fairly regularly even if its just for the chilli cheese chips... mmmmmmmm (not allowed stuff like that at home :D )

    Always a bit last min though and the weather makes it better. So post a reminder up nearer the time for all those southern or holidaying folks.

    I was thinking about a VERY quick trip to the ring before it... ermmm Alters...in the sale.... Where do I go to find details/dates I can "pop in".. (without having to trawl the official site :D ).

    Any help for a novice appreciated

    I would take the chance to pop in... I am sure your contract allows you to review any change of status... and I am confident that empolyment law states something about "reasonable notice". So point out it causes you an issue, even if it is just to get it on records. You never know they may cover your costs for movement of funds... (Dreaming but hey).

    Why is it being moved? is it a one off??? All good communication points.. So if they are not offering information then dig (quite within your rights as an employee) - just be "cool" about it.... It could just be an accounting process....

    Personally - I just need to know these things :D

    May I suggest a little more in the way of images. Such as showing how clean you keep your work environment and house/business types you have covered..Remember people are visual and if it looks interesting people will always look deeper.

    So for those that dont know I use my car as a daily and company car :D

    The question is 10months away and I am starting to look and become concerned.

    I am starting to think DERV may be the way forwards :o

    I do anywhere between 12k and 30k a year (it depends where I am working). But the majority of the time I do travel is Motorway... (UK/Europe).

    I can see a new 333bhp S4 in my life - they just need to drop in price further to make it work (fingers crossed)... but what other options are there that'll still hit 30+mpg/40+mpg (petrol/diesel)? I can have the fun of the V6 and still hit the numbers to make it work, whilst being relaxed enough to hit 5-600mile day(s) in succession, when needed without killing me?? (plus 4 wheel drive)!!!!

    Thoughts and opinions welcomed...

    Sure Gethin is more qualified then me with regards to stay but my missus regularly works in Dublin and they have a company flat in swords.

    Short distance from Dublin but absolutely nothing to do in swords. Apparently its a 15min bus journey into Dublin.

    Whats her address??? ;)
