Busy week getting the car ready for Edition and part of that was heading down to Star Performance to get the alignment set. Whilst i was there to make sure it was all OK, a power run was performed, well it would of been rude not too! And the results of said run was :- ~253bhp @ the Fly ~192bhp @ the Wheels ~223lb/ft of Torque So considering its just a stage 1 job, happy with that Good Graph, Jim said it was pretty much spot on too, the stealth racing map doing its job When i got home i remembered to grab some pics of the Genuine Carbon Dials in place.

well, after the car being off the road for months and being left outside, the wheels werent looking there best, so they needed a spruce up I also managed to paint the front brakes and rear carriers at the same time to mach the Skoda VRs calipers that were on the rear. i thought it would be a nice OE style touch that was that litlle bit different. Before After Comparrison With skoda green brakes

Cheers folks Some new updates Well, after absolute donkeys. years if i mind right, of having stereo gear to go into the old VR, i finally got it done for her. I've never actually built a boot build before, only false floors. so this time i wanted to do a proper job. The kind of installs i like are just what i've built here. very straight forward, neat carpeted boot's, that still look like a boot, although i do respect full on vocanoes of fibreglass that make many an install, it not me, and i dont think its the car, which this is. The Sub box came pre trimmed, so i had to strip it and retrim i

THanks for the compliments. on the wheel front, yeah it works out we have a set each. ones a wider set on a higher offset that was meant for an old school merc when 17's must of been classed as massive so mix the 2 sets and thats 2 full staggered sets to playwith and will she drive the car? i bloody hope so, or it'll go to a lot of waste sitting in the drive. this is HER car. i havent bought a car for her or anything. She bought it with her own money. im just lucky enough to drive it now and again whilst i dont fix my corrado

hmmm... i didnt expect this thread to be resurrected.. But' date=' now you mention it.... The car Has made a Trip Down to Refelx Auto Klinic whom are doing, in my opinion, an absolutly stonking job on the old girl Heres some pics, we dont have it back yet, so its build pics One thing i love, is some stance. Mk3 wheels sit quite a bit in on the rear imo and we wanted that sorted, so bought another set of rims which after a previoius trial fit, looked like this.... [img']http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v231/dubster82/P8090002Medium.jpg Which is something to let the bosyshop work around on

Hi folks, new to here, some folk might recognise me from other forums. this here is my girlfriends car. its her second car, her first she still has, a wee black mk4 polo lowered over schmidt modernlines. After losing out on yet another G40 engine on the polo and my mate selling this, she decided to jump to VR6 ownership, me thinkin it was pretty much the perfeect car for her. bought the car on std solitudes and we fitted the TT comps we bought from the same guy, it was already lowered on supersport coilovers and had the magnex exhaust, it also had optional colour coded quad headlamps. but now
