  1. i've got one in primer are they that bad??
  2. £150 from GSF, thats where i got a beru pack from
  3. should mix more with us golf lot, we're a right friendly bunch and no-one ever bites and we all love the vr6 note
  4. mk3 from GSF has metal blades, they dont stock the plastic bladed pump
  5. been with brentacre for 5 years, had aa non fault claim with them (stolen bus wrote off rs cosworth) AND, they didnt budge on the renewal after losing 3 years no-claims. can't see anyone else doing that for you. 29 and 500 fully comp, but i live in a shite area
  6. best bet is just order it from GSF, they stock the metal pump rather than the plastic one (impellor), for the same price
  7. just the rear mount. take off the crap gaurd underneath the pulley, wheel off first mind! undo the rear mount, take the pulley off the pump while the belt is still on, belt off after loosening tensioner, and slowly lower car/raise engine til you can see the bolts. then remove and replace. should take about an hour
  8. manchester airport tunnels are pretty good, and going to wales this weekend, Conwy tunnels not bad either
  9. no probs with the pic, thought i was going to be a target when i saw the camera lol

  11. me too. just having a bit of a bbq now, might give her a quick polish (you'll wonder why i bother when you see it!) and i'll be there for 8, j10 m60. smart! =)
  12. see you all later on then saw you this morning damo, sat on hempshaw lane near the flying dutchman, i was in an undercover car (fiesta derv) and just caught the plate. looks nice in the sun =)
  13. really?? i'll have to check that out =)
  14. 134k, no rattle, regular oil chnge, its a little belter seeing as its run on a budget at the minute
  15. if that was a works evo it'd be worth twicw that in the same condition. only way to tell difference is a 2nd lever next to the gearstick, and they were even crazier!
  16. wait til next week and see how bad mine is. steve at AC on mersey street said its a great colour for hiding the rust, but its clearly visible if you know what i mean. bit of a blue oval nut myself (sorry all!) having owned 2 very daft bhp 3 doors, a 220bhp escort rs turbo, and the favourite....mk1 fiesta, 1.1, pop plus in the best colour.....CORAL BIEGE!! was a belter. but for the past 2 1/2 years owning this, i wish i'd have bought one sooner
  17. dont know if its just me, but you do tend to look for other vr's. had blinkers on recently tho lol nice bus that damo, i'll look out for it
