  10. So sorry to hear this, it's a cliche but they are part of the family, I'll be in bits when our terrier goes. Sadly unlike Jazz, our terrier Ellie prefers the wife's MX5 to my VR 'cos she can see through the window more easily.. Sigh... No taste at all...

  13. My wife drives mine occasionally with and without me, but she's probably a more careful driver than me so no problem...
  14. As VR6Dub for me too, tantalisingly brief flash of photos then the compression message...
  15. Just to feed in: No joy for me with Firefox 3.5.7 or Safari 4.0.4 on a Mac....
  16. I sold my wife on the Schrick by saying the engine would be running more efficiently and therefore more economically.... And oddly it does, I now get an MFA 32-34 on a motorway cruise at 80ish. I use mine for work, but luckily I normally don't need to do short runs, so on average I get 270-280 from a tank driving reasonably sensibly,300 driving very sensibly, or 250 driving more interestingly.....

Brilliant! "There are a couple of things wrong" !!! There's more than a couple of things wrong....
  18. I'd love to have my first car again, 1956 split screen Morris Minor... Went through 2 engines and a gearbox in the year I had it...
  19. Had one fitted on mine a couple of months ago, I'm not getting a shove in the back either, but wasn't really expecting one. It certainly does the 80-100mph spurt much better, and I've also found if I can keep the motorway cruising at about 80 I get 33-34 on the MFA rather than the pre-Schrick 28-29, unexpected bonus!
