  1. I contacted Vince at stealth about my VRT project as im still undesided which route to take in the management dept. So I thought I would give him a shout to see what he could do with the std obd2 ecu, he told me that he could fit a new chip and map it no problem for approx £350 + VAT

  3. woooooooo......... it moves.... Awesome I didnt realise you was going down the DTA route, when you spoke about Stealth I presumed you were getting your Bosch ECU chipped & mapped (which Vince can do). How are you getting on with that BEGI in the meantime? What base fuel pressure did you end up starting at? G
  4. I was looking at the Kinetic stuff some time back, and knowing that the manifold wouldnt fit I mailed them for a price minus the bits I didnt need, from memory they quoted me about $2k for the kit minus Manifold Downpipe pipework I ended up sourcing bits myself in the end, takes time and its no cheaper TBH, but atleast you dont have the outlay in one hit G
  5. More gauges that you can wave a stick at lol :-d Im also learning the "art", the more time I spend now asking questions the less time im removing bits of piston out of my sump Im supprised to hear that you going to go with 8psi as a baseline with the RR-FPR, but I guess if the inovative stuff is going to give the right signals then its a big thumbs up! Now just hurry up and finish it
  6. No, the OBD1 and OBD2 throttle bodies are different sizes, but adapter plates are available. The R32 throttle body will be useless to you as they are driveby wire
  7. Audspeed are not the manufacturer' date=' they are just a supplier. But yes its the same A buddy of mine has one in stock in the UK if you interested in one, I think he wants £300 [/quote'] Correct. Same thing. I have loads in stock. And i only want £250 Tom. Ha Ha, that'll be cheaper then (y) I did a little reading on the lm-1 & lc-1 :S I now understand that it basically tells you whats going on (good vid on the inovative site for insight), and that your using a RR-FPR, which could obviously be adjusted to suit your readings from the lc-1 Is this going to be a temporary solutio

  9. Cool I will do a search and read up a bit on it, thanks Also, where did you get your DP flexi-pipe and V-band connector from? Cheers G:)
  10. Hey, I just joined this forum just because of this thread I have just read through with interest because im just about to start a simular conversion, and I must say yours is looking first class I have a couple of questions if I may, I see your using LC1. Isnt this just a 7th injector in the manifold? If so whats your experience with them compared to a full SA? I was going to go SA myself but would be interested to learn how this works in practice
