Yea its a good venue, I was at the circuit fixing computers most of the time!+ the Naffi wagon burger bar serve the best bacon burgers! lol Good to book ahead as it gets full quick.

well finally I get my mate (luckily for me a chief-tech at a VW Garage hehe) to start taking the broken unhappy sad parts off my vr....its been in his garage for almost six months and yesterday was stage 1 of the repair! So as you can all Imagine I am very excited... woot! Please check my crappy phone camera pictures out! Managed to take both wings off and the bonnet as all need replacing after the "pole incident" oh and the whole front section lol. There must have been a a few tones of crap underneath those wings!

Yes I have one in my laptop at home and pc + laptop at work, I know there arent any windows 98 drivers for it (god forbid anyone still using that OS!) I used the card whilst testing a rig I set up at work and walked around a large area and still was able to google stuff. I would def recommend them, up to you I guess Would be interesting to find out what probs they have, just general connectivity? There are so many peeps out there that have trouble with wireless, and 9 times outta 10 its the channel frequency the router is transmitting on.... I have been down that road faaaarrr tomany times ha

......as for the pcmcia card for your laptop definatly this card http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/79091 I think you can get this with a pci card adaptor; http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/79080 , basically allows you to plug the card into the back of your computer, and when you want to use your laptop just pull it out of your pc and stuff it in the hole! Just saves having to buy 2 cards. No matter what anyone tells you....even sky! Netgear wirless sux!!....excpet for their wired hubs and switches! I preferably use network cat5 cable from my pc to the router as you cant go wrong with tru 100mb

Hey there Pre-N or Even N (think Belkin have just released the N1, so real mimo N power has arrived woot..at a cost of £110 ish ouch!) I would really advise getting this one http://www.pcworld.co.uk/product.php?sku=652690&camp_id=ppc_Froogle_search as it rocks, I have installed a few at work and they work through very thick concrete walls over a distance, with good signal quality and strength. I would try ebuyer or somewhere might be a bit cheaper than pc world! Good luck!

Hey all, got some lovelly new componants to put in the front, and not too sure where I am going to mount the crossovers, passenger side isnt a problem as we all know you could park a jumbo above the footwell but am a little concerned about the drivers side. Anyone had any fun with crossover boxes? Ha ha! Yes it was wet and slippery and yes i did run out of "talent" haha. Cried like a little girl after it happened, right outside the window of a buidling where this girl works who I was trying to pull.... a little stupidity mixed with subconcious thoughts i think... and yes she saw it all.. DOH! Thanks for the advice gonna contact stealth and see what they can offer me. Will post some pics when I get the front end resprayed... managed to get most of the bit from ebay, one slam pannel and 2 fans for £12.50!!!! I love ebay!!
