    No i never even knew what it was until i done a google search today. Could i get this done at a VW dealer and what sort of price would i expect?

    Ok thanks it just seems like a major loss of power thats going on at the moment and cant understand why as 170bhp just doesnt seem to be correct with the mods it has. Ok i will try and take note of how much it is drinking exactly but am sure its running too rich. I will try and get a diagnostic asap. thanks.

    Hi i took my car for a rolling road today and it read 170hp and 200 lb/ft of torque at the flywheel. My car has a straight through exhaust with decat, pipercross filter and a superchips uk chip. My car is running very rich at the moment (getting around 10mpg around the town and about 25mpg on the motorway at 70mph) and the tuner didnt manage to eradicate the problem, he seemed to think i need a new lamba sensor which will sort the fueling out.? your help will be much appreciated. thanks.

    It is a 92 vr6 2.8 12V engine with dizzy, the one im replacing is exactly the same. I was just wondering if the ecu's are locked to each engine? as mine is chipped at the moment so want to keep it. Also if it is generally a difficult job? thanks.

    Hello im about to do a transplant on my golf vr6 92 as my engine is totaly shot. Me and my mate are doing it ourselves and wondering if it is an easy job? are there common problems we will encounter? The engine is exactly the same as the one being taken out. thanks John.
