    It dont look 2 bad but i dont like that bad boy bonnet look IMO the piece that covers the lamps and grill a little. By the way whats wrong with dem angel eyes? 1 side has its side light on and the other has its main beam on!!!!!!!!!

    Very nice i like it, Looks like a good job done on the respray. Is this going to be a track car? Got any future mods planned?

    17's should not affect accleration much. I have 17x7 wheels on my car lowered on coilovers no arch problems at all. Only had a slight problem clearing the calliper because of type of wheel but was all sorted by grinding down the calliper a little.

    Mate u gna need a photobucket account to upload your photos. Then insert the image tag and put the photobucket IMG code in beteen the image tags deleting the capital code. Hope that helps.

    Is there any leak at the passenger side footwell?. If there is it could be the heater matrix. The damp inside the car could be causing the steaming up.

    Did the smoke appear while you were driving could be a water leak from a hose that may have got onto the hot manifold causing the smoke.

    If its on coilovers it could be the coils are not measured the same.

    A friend of mine ragged his VR in the morning just before his MOT and for some strange reason it had passed the emissions without the CAT. It would also help if u have a friendly MOT tester garage.

    If u have a six branch manifold and a decat i would suggest u get it remapped so that u get the fuelling right.

    Hi what panel filter do you guys recommend that would go as a direct replcement into my standard airbox and where from? I dont want to drill my standard airbox with holes just need something that would sound a little deeper and feel more responsive. By the way i have a BMC CDA induction kit which i have just taken out because of the car feeling a bit sluggish. I had just put back my standard airbox and the car feels much more responsive at lower revs and so much smoother. Maybe the BMC needs cleaning going to put it back on in the summer.

    Na i got it done by Midland VW which are up in cannock a chap called jody fitted it for me and advised me to go for a jettex rather than a miltek mainly because of fitting issues.

    I have a 3 box jetex system and it fits bang on my VR. No rattling or knocking issues even with 3 people in the rear with coilovers. Wicked quality u cant go wrong with jetex.

    Jetex are good quality with a nice grunt when steppin on the throttle but very quiet under 3000 revs.

    Thats why i chose jetex over a miltek exhaust when i was gettin my exhaust on my VR.

    Yeah this is normal i had a raceland 6 branch manifold with an exhaust decat which made a tinny sound like BMW M3's if u know what i mean.
