Hello- anyone with a Sharan have problems with water accumulating in the driver footwell? Is there a quick fix (obvious- drill a hole in the floor)?

No, I didn't mean this sound, I meant this sound as in a sound (as described). Does this make sense? Anyway, there wasn't meant to be a link.

I've got this sound... It's a drumming/thrumming/throbbing, at engine speed, from the airbox system (I think). It does it at tickover, when warm; it usually stops after the fan kicks in. It doesn't seem to affect performance and doesn't sound mechanical. Anyone else got any experience of this? BTW, it's a '97 Sharan.
