Dan2.8VR6

Hello! I need a complete set of new tyres- the Yokohama's on there were on the VR6 when I bought it and I'm not sure what to replace them with. I've got the standard original BBS alloys, the car's only dropped around 45mm on a Koni kit and I want tyres that are reasonably grippy and last. I don't tend to drive like a nutter so don't need anything best suited to the Nurburgring! Any ideas?!! Cheers- much appreciated! Dan )

Hi! With no warning I lost 2 cylinders, fortunately just outside the garage and the mechanic said this was likely to be a coil pack. Another one was ordered and £192 fitted later everything works fine. I read that the Beru coil pack was crap so avoided getting one of those from GSF, but when the replacement arrived from VW it was also marked Beru. I read somehwere that VW bought the Beru factory, so has the quality of the coil packs improved? I couldn't see any alternative manufacturers of a coil pack for the VR6 and needed the car back asap so just went for the one from VW. www.probedistribu
