    Hi Guys, I got pulled over the other day for my german plates, and at the same time got told to change my all red rear clusters....which are cl lights, with a red tinted indicator section. As i dont really want to do this, does anybody have any suggestions about how to get around it, I have heard that if you put a different colour bulb in....green for example....that combined with the red it flashes orange. or could i get away with what Standard ones do....red strips on either claer or orange to flash orange but look red.....?

    Thanks mate...the car is a 96, and last time i flipped up the back seat, cant remeber seeing anything but wires (I guess these are the sensor wires), do you know from what year the ecu is located there, and if mine isnt there, where it might be. Thanks again

    My abs light has come on the other day, so i read the codes, and it is telling me that the left rear sensor has gone....as the car is relitively new to me, and i am without a manual at the moment, im not to sure where it is located.....im guessing that they are in the rear hub...so if anybody could shed some light on the where abouts of the rear sensors, that would be great....and any advice on there removal.     i have recently been thinking about getting some kind of diagnostic equiptment for the car...but the vag-com is quite expensive, so was wandering if the interface cables that you can buy for around the £30 mark, that allow you to read and clear codes via a sharewear version of vag-com were worth getting. Any veiws on the matter would be great

    also...isnt there a risk of wheel damage when going over a pot hole with 195s

    i was considering 205/45/16...but will i get problems with rubbing the arches.....oh yeah, they are 7.5x16 on front and 8x16 rear. Also a fitter told me not to put 195s on these wheels, as in his opinion they are not safe

    cheers mate.....i was looking at the fk highsports, or had considered supersports.as i think they go lower...but have heard better reviews about fk's Will get some pics up as soon as its done

    HI Guys, ive had my 97 vr for about a year now, and have decided that its time to slam it, i have mirror polished 928 rims. (7.5x16 front, 8x16 rear) and 205/45 rubber...any suggestions on how low i can go, and which coilovers will be best suited to get my sump scraping.
