    OKAY... so should have everything now and going on at the weekend im keeping the stock HE what way around does the extension tube go? as ive read this is critical and if wrong can cause terminal problems

    bump anyone got the part number for the early VR ally end cap? everywhere i look it brings up the later plastic type

    website i found through my local dealer network supply genuine parts website easy to use just type in part number and it finds it counter prices plus post. BUT i ordered a temp sender yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning good for people like me who cant get to a dealers in the week for parts needed for the weekend

    pro'lly a stupid Q but do i need to drain the oil before removing the OE oil cooler? just thinking it will save me an oil change when im doing another when i R32 sump it

    i got some stuff off ebay came with some metal cable ties too there's a few threads on here about doing it dont think you can avoid taking it off though

    has anyone got a part number for the ali end cap? cant find one on thinkauto also with the new cooler fitted what will the oil capacity go up to?

    bit of this and that. got loads of bits waiting to go on at the moment you run a garage then or just got a well equipped workshop?

    im getting the bits for my oil cooler together gonna be keeping the OE heat exchanger to help warm the oil on start-up as im keeping it will i need the alloy end cap or can i keep the stock one? only ask cos ive heard if youre binning the OE HE you have to use the alloy end cap but as im keeping it can i use the stock one? thanks

    see a few builds where they have been mounted in place of the a/c compressor think there's a company in germany or austria that makes the bracket and intake adapter

    yeah i had to get my rear discs redrilled to 5x112 otherwise they wouldnt work. its all in the offsets though! you can get them under just folded arches with a little work used 215/35 but shouldve gone 205/40 really

    yeah fine, took a little persuading! they were BBS RF's. like RS's but with a different centre design

    ive got the inpro projectors like in the venom link but i just disconnected the rings and run the sidelight in the centre position without the amber tint
