I have just blown up the engine in my P reg VR6 and want to change it for a 24v, what would I need to do this?

Hiya Sorry to butt in on your thread! During warm weather my oil tempurature will reach 115 degrees.... Is this too high? If so should I fit an oil cooler? I change my oil regularly so I'm not quite sure what would be causing this. Cheers
