hi. i know lots of people say its not worth remapping an OBD2 vr6. iv got an OBD2 vr6 with an BMC filter, miltek exhaust with cat and thats all. if i remapped it..would there be any power increase at all(if so, how much by)? would it effect the fuel economy at all? how about the throttle response? or any other differences? thanks

hi. just a few questions..does the main driver on a insurance policy have to be the registered keeper? e.g. im the registered keeper on my vr6..so can i have my dad as the main driver and me as the 2nd driver? also is informing the insurance company of all the modifications a must-do? thanks

hi. i was told by somebody it makes a difference performance wise..if you fit a exhaust system first and then an performance air filter after. is this true? does it matter which modification you fit first?

hi. was wondering whether anyone uses mobile fully synthetic engine oil for their vr6? is the mobile fully synthetic oil better for the vr6 engine than the engine oil that VW Dealers use when they service?

i decatted my old vr6. decat improves the acceleration due to improved gas flow..but you'l notice the difference on the fuel to. i wont be decatting my vr6 that iv got now but its worth getting it done if you havent done before.

thanks lads..il probably go for the shocks/springs. some ppl say weitec setup but some say the koni/eibach setup. thats the next decision.

hi. im in a decision between wheather i should buy coilovers or shocks/springs? and what drop to go for? what are the advantages and disadvantages for each? any info would be great. i should also add..i dont want a very firm ride. im looking for that combination of a nice low ride where i can go over speed humps comfortably. thanks
