    When i drive the golf hard, only sort of 4 out of 10 tims, the 3rd gear shift crunches when being changed. its fine always wen going slow, and i dnt know wether this makes a difference but my clutch is starting to get a rather high bite point. Any ideas of what or how to fix and roughly how much??

    im more than likely goin on sunday, workin on saturday! will be ma first meet with the vr6 oc, only had it bout month and a half! in order to confirm booking do i need to have ma ticket in ma hand to say im going???

    mate sorry to add insult to injury, but i had a celica gen 6 gt befor ma vr6, i had a jap style 4 inch angled exit cat back with a bolt in bolt out cat.. they didnt use gaskets so it was blowing, the silencer in the centre section is rusted as the titanic after only 5 months, the tail pipe on the can has turned a crapy gold ish colour and i wanted a chrome tip. the noise was a lot more of a performance roar than the previous back box i had on it. the only reason i used them was because for my celica they didnt make off the shelve kits, and this was the closest place .(mine was the ST - uk spec

    ive got a back box and a decat pipe, and i think its time for an induction kit... but as i have only had the 6 for about a month i dont realy know which one give best performance. im not bothered about the noise cuz its already sounding like a beast.. but you can never have too much growl!! if anyone knows of any good performance enhancing kits please do speak!!!! (first day on vr6oc so pics coming soon !!! )

    My little display on my dash for the golf mk3 VR6 is constantly reading 22.2MPG even on cold start up, when it used to read around 4 MPG. and average 29 MPG any ideas why or what i need to do to fix it?!! *-)
