hello does a highline say highline in the log book? do all highlines have air-con? are there anyway apart from the arches to tell the highline from the rest? thanks

hello people i'm starting to reshell my 94 vr6 into a 98 gti. i'm after speaking to someone that has done it? will i need to swap the wiring loom?

rite ppl i have a 93 3dr vr6 ......... rust bucket i have the chance to buy(cheap) a R reg (97/98?) 3dr 8 valve gti...........almost mint i want to put the vr6 stuff into/onto the gti So my question is...... will it all fit? is the suspension the same or will i need to swap it? are the brakes the same? does the loom unplug from engine bay to inside the car? cant think of anyfin else but any points will be helpfull

yeah ive rubbed a wing down and gave it my best effort with matt black and i'm chuffd with the result. took 3 coats to cover it so u cudnt see any red. i'm unsure how many coats over the top of it to do tho, will 1 be enuff??????

rite ppl due to the shitty economy i have resorted to a DIY paint job!! so, its gonna be matt but what colour its mk3 in the "gti" red at the moment....................... matt black matt silver matt red etc?

right my car has need this for awhile now wot do people think about the price? there is rust bubbles around the bottom of rear 1/4 window(from a sloppy window replacement) and rust bubbles about 2 inches along where the roof meets the windscreen(same reason i think) had a quote from shadow autostyling near kings lynn http://www.freewebs.com/shadowautostyling/ (site pretty crap but went down there looks ok) £1200 remove both glass repair rust (cut it out) reemove all black arches/strips etc respray whole exterior and soft edge masked so when doors etc opened u wont be able to tell replace a

please can some1 help? a 'FRIEND' was helping me replace my HT leads and a few other jobs. i went to the boot to get my tool box. i got back to the front end to find he had unpluged all the leads from coil pack (arrrrrgh!) and as they're not vw ones they're all the same length!!!!!!!!!!! could some1 please take a pic of their coil pack and number the leads pretty please :-)

hello just had my vr vag com'd and the abs sensors are kaput so ive bought new 1's my question is will the abs light go off when i change the sensors or will it have to be reset?

drew1 i beleve the sensor in the pads is a light to warn when pads are low the abs sensor is in the back of the hub that reads from a ring on the back of the disk to sense when the wheel is spining or skidding where can i get VAG COM'ed is it only VW dealers? also how much £££££?

hi, my 94 vr has just failed it mot because the abs warning light doesnt light up (with the ignition on and then go out when the engine is started) this is because the piece of trim with the light in is unpluged. it went thru its last mot like that? if i plug it in the abs light is on constantly is this a fault suppose i shud fix it anyone no of a fault and solution? thanks
