    I had a similar problem...check to see if the fluid is low..i found out i had a slow leak that caused my fluid to disappear alolng with my clutch

    I have been taking care of the floor mats in my 97 Jetta but after 10 years of abuse they are starting to fade and the backs are falling apart. i love the look of the stock floor mats and dont want to go aftermarket so does anyone know where i can find another set? Replicas would work too i just want that stock look..thanks
