    hey mate hows it going im busy trying to find the mount that holds the gear selector cables the ones that are on top of the gear box iv been to my local breakers twice and they are adiment that the only type you get bolts on to the box with two bolts and one into the side of the engine can i just double check is the mount you used a standard r32 one? cheers bud

    its going to be running 4x4 but im guessing rwd would done pretty much in the same way its not easy but theres nothing massivly hard just millions of things to do lol

    well i had a bit of spare time so i finished my pully spares and tryed my charger on need to modify my head around the injectors

    dutchbuild sell a kit which is 125 for two of the camber nuts n bolts n some steel with a channel miled in theres a diy for makin n fittin ur own on vwsyncro.co.uk ill find u the link when i get on my house pc cheers john

    www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/ is the web site for the lads i got the dye off they are a spot on group of pople couldnt b more helpful as for the bolts they are eithere a4 quattro or a6 im not 100% sure the tracking is one thing i will be doing over christmass so will let you know soon how it goes cheers john

    ill get the link for you tonight bud n thanks the gtis gone now thou as i got all i was after from it so just sold it on and bought a tdi the camber bolts are off the back of a a4 quattro ill get some more info when i get in on them if u want and as 4 the car just little bits and bobs just been gettin stuff sorted ready for being off over christmas cheers john

    looks good bud have you just deleted the filler cap? are you going for a full respray or are you just doing the 1/4

    got my new wheels today got a couple spare aswell also got my amber bolts for the rear so i can set my camber and toe in spot on

    ok im tryin to find some adaptors to go from the vr 5x100 to 5x136 but i cant find anything as 5x136 isnt a production car size as far as im aware anyone got any idea were i could get some made up iv emailed a place in the us but had no reply adaptor need to be around 15 -18mm cheers john

    glad to see ur finaly getting the ecu cracked dont supose u can help me out im busy mocking up all the pipes and stuff for the new rear end setup and im not sure what im ment to do with the 2 vaccum lines that come from the rear diff cheers john

    yer its got the cooler built in so should help keep the pipe work nice n shortj just need some hoses sortin 4 it then my engine will be ready for mapping, i see your is getting close no bet you cant wait should be awsome

    ok well my box is in and it feels like im getting somewere the garage is getting a bit crampt thou also have my exhaust mani on still needs modified as its sitting inline of the tranfer box after a big fight with the rear diff i think iv finaly won with lots of help from my dad like always iv also got the rear calipers all cleaned up and a lick of paint on them they probly wont be staying on for long but will keep me going until i find a set id like
