Returned to the garage this evening and said it wasn't firing properly at idle and low revs. We walked outside and I was holding the wire removal tool in my hand and mentioned that I had the special tool if he needed. He glanced at the engine when it was running and he could tell which plug was causing the problem, and he then yanked the plug out of the engine by pulling the lead - (Hands on Head! -yikes) He then pushed it back in with a flat edge screwdriver.
